Global Recruitment Training Programme
For your first 3 months, you’ll join an intensive training programme run by our Co-Founder, Kirk Evans.
You’ll rotate through:
- UK & EU Recruitment
- USA Recruitment
Experience 360 Delivery
You’ll learn the entire recruitment process and develop into a 360 Recruiter.
Then, once you’ve graduated, we’ll put you into the team that best fits your strengths.
Please be aware, as this is a global role:
You need to be open to UK OR USA working hours.

- Have a final interview
