Contract:Day Rate (10-hour days)

Schedule:Tuesday–Saturday (No Mondays)

Duration:Long-term (up to 6 years)

Overview

We are supporting a major mission-critical project in Atlanta, GA, and are looking for a Construction Manager with strong MEP and commissioning knowledgeto support delivery on-site. This is a long-term opportunityoffering real continuity and the chance to be part of a high-value, technically complex build.

Role Responsibilities

Oversee on-site construction delivery, with a strong focus on MEP systems Manage contractors and subcontractors to ensure programme, quality, and safety targets are met Coordinate and support commissioning activities (Level 1–5)

Ensure systems are delivered through to full operational readiness

Interface with project stakeholders, design teams, and client representatives Drive progress across a fast-paced, mission-critical environment

Key Requirements

Proven experience as a Construction Manageron complex builds Strong MEP background(essential) Demonstrable experience in commissioning processes

Experience in data centres preferred, but open to: Hospitals Pharmaceuticals Oil & Gas Must be based locally in Georgia
