We’re hiring an Account Managerto join a global leader in business services based in Crewe. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in sales, telesales, customer service, or account managementwho wants to take ownership of a large portfolio and develop their career in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You will manage a high-volume customer base, build strong relationships, and identify opportunities to increase retention, engagement, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of 600business customers Act as the main point of contact for your accounts Build strong relationships to improve customer retention and satisfaction Identify and deliver upselling and cross-selling opportunities Tailor communication to individual customer needs Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets Collaborate with internal teams to support customer success
About You
Experience in account management, telesales, outbound sales, or customer service
Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confident working in a target-driven environment
Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively Commercially minded with a proactive approach to sales opportunities Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
