Senior Sales Advisor – B2B Sales

📍 Crewe (Office Based)

💰 £28,000 – £30,000 Basic Uncapped Commission

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Advisorto join a fast-growing technology and telematics providerbased in Crewe. This is a great opportunity for an experienced B2B sales professionallooking to step into a senior sales rolewithin a high-performing environment that offers strong earning potential and career progression. You will be responsible for prospecting existing business customers, generating new opportunities, and cross-selling telematics solutionsacross a growing customer base. What You’ll Be Doing

Making outbound calls to business customersto introduce telematics solutions Identifying opportunities to cross-sell services to existing clients

Generating new business opportunitiesand building your own pipeline Explaining product features and benefits to potential customers Delivering online product demonstrationswhere required Managing activity and pipeline through Salesforce CRM

Sourcing and prospecting your own sales data where appropriate

Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in B2B telesales, outbound sales or desk-based sales roles

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Confident in handling objections and negotiating with customers

A target-driven mindset with a strong track record of hitting KPIs

Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing sales team
