Do you cover permanent and contract placements?
Yes. Whether you need a permanent hire, fixed-term cover, or interim support during a peak period, we can adapt to what the situation calls for. A lot of our logistics clients use us for both, depending on what’s coming up in their operational calendar.
How do you make sure candidates actually understand our operation?
Before we put anyone forward, we take a proper brief. That means understanding your shift structure, your culture, your compliance requirements, and what’s tripped you up with previous hires. We then use that to screen and brief candidates so they arrive prepared, not guessing.
What if the placement doesn’t work out?
We stand behind our work. If a permanent placement doesn’t work out within the rebate period, we’ll re-recruit at no additional cost. We’d rather fix it than leave you in a difficult position.
