About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on major new construction projects across Texas.
This is a senior field leadership position responsible for overseeing electrical construction activities, manpower, subcontractors, safety, quality and overall project execution.
Data Center experience is highly desirable, although candidates with extensive experience delivering other large-scale new construction projects — including hospitals, hotels, high-rise buildings and major commercial facilities — will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day electrical construction activities on major projects.
Manage and coordinate Superintendents, Foremen, Journeymen and field personnel.
Plan manpower, materials, equipment and site logistics.
Coordinate electrical work with General Contractors and other trades.
Monitor project progress and ensure work remains aligned with the schedule.
Maintain high standards of safety, quality and workmanship.
Identify and resolve field issues quickly and effectively.
Coordinate inspections, testing and quality assurance activities.
Participate in project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
Ensure drawings, specifications and project requirements are followed.
Support project management teams with planning, scheduling and manpower forecasting.
Maintain strong working relationships with clients, General Contractors and subcontractors.
Requirements
8+ years of electrical construction experience.
Extensive experience in new construction.
Proven experience leading large-scale electrical construction projects.
Active Journeyman Electrical License required.
Candidates without the required Texas license may be considered with an agreed period to obtain the license.
Data Center experience strongly preferred.
Large commercial construction experience considered, including hospitals, hotels, high-rise and industrial projects.
Experience managing significant field teams and manpower.
Strong understanding of electrical drawings, specifications and construction processes.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Stable employment history and demonstrated career progression.
